Bulletin No. 3 — The Memory Archive Opens to Citizens
September 1, 2199
As of this morning, citizens may consult Kowloon, the city's memory
archive, from any public terminal. Ask it not for a file, but for a
memory: the archive retrieves by meaning. The Administrator has
already used it to settle three decades-old festival disputes.
Bulletin No. 2 — Incident Report: The Anomalies
August 19, 2199
The Administrator reports that the anomalies observed across city
systems in the city's second week have been resolved. The source was
internal; the resolution, a journal. This bulletin is its first entry.
Infrastructure uptime has returned to 99.999%.
